DVD Rip Integrity Verification?

Hello there. MakeMKV is able to use the M2TS hashes stored on Blu-Ray discs (and I believe UHD discs as well?) to check it against almost all files that it extracts, verifying that the files were ripped losslessly and without any errors. Do DVDs have any sort of method to verify their extracted files with MakeMKV, or are users just left to hope that there were absolutely no errors during ripping?
I've been ripping CD's, DVDs and BR discs for years, and I'm concerned that my DVDs might not all be accurately ripped ;_; should I be worried?
