Brand New DVD - Failed to save title 0

Brand New DVD, wiped clean, tried in 2 different computers (Mac and PC),
Saving 1 titles into directory /Volumes/Public/

Is it a defective DVD, should I try to exchange it where I bought it, or is there a setting I might want to try?
Any help is much appreciated

What's the title and region number of the DVD?

It's an import from Mexico: OV7 - Primera Fila (2010) , and is coded Region "0" (no restriction), and both my two computers are fixed at Region "1".
My PC even has AnyDVD installed.

Turn OFF and exit AnyDVD when using MakeMKV...

Even though I've rip hundreds of DVD's before with AnyDVD activated, and with no problems at all, I did as you said, no AnyDVD activated or in memory in my PC computer. I got this debug message:
Saving 1 titles into directory R:/Pendientes/Renombrar y Reubicar/OV7_PRIMERA_FILA

I should add that 3 of the 4 tittles that the DVD has, were perfectly copied, and the one with the full feature was ripped to the hard disk up to the 99%, and afterwards deleted.
Remember I've also tried in MacOS X (with no BootCamp or any virtualizer) getting the same results.

I'm guessing it's a poorly mastered disc so, if that's an available option, I'd try that.
Of course "mike admin" may have additional insight to offer...

The error shows a corrupted audio track. There is no workaround.
