Hi,
When I try and save the DVD Iron Monkey 1993 (Media Asia Dist) it shows as failed to save the title. The debug log is inside the zip file.
I appreciate any help with this, Thanks!
Jonathan

Your drive is having problems reading the disk; It is likely cleaning it would help with this.

Thanks for the reply Woodstock.
I cleaned the disc with dawn soap for a couple minutes. It gets right to saving it but then when goes to output phase it only reads a couple megabytes them fails.
Also tried it in another bluray drive with no luck. I had previously saves this same disk a couple years ago, but I'm a previous older version of MakeMKV 1.9.x.

I'm not a big fan of dish soap cleaning; it's not intended for optical stuff. Although I have been known to use water-based furniture polish (like Pledge) to clean and wax disks that have slight scratches in them. For just cleaning crud off, like the chemical haze that some packaging puts on disks, I've been using lens cleaning solution.
In the BD section, there is a "sticky" topic about "If you are experiencing rip errors", which covers a lot of this.
I have found that some DVDs do not like BD drives. I have two USB DVD drives I hang on to because they are needed for some disks (about twice a year). Especially if the surface has fine scratching on it.
You might also try going back to v1.15.1 to test; your errors occur early enough that the drive speed should not be an issue, but...
