Insert Disc error

found the problem
Nothing can be 100% reliable when it has to depend on something else to work.
If MakeMKV says there is no disk, that's because the operating system could not fine a recognizable disk.
Can Windows read the directory of the disk(s) in question? If not, why not?
If so, why is it not letting MakeMKV see it? Usually this is a permissions problem, especially if you're Win10 has the October 2019 update installed.
