If you set MakeMKV settings "minimum title length" to 1800 then you'll get 6 titles. You'll get title 33, length 2:00:12, title.03.mkv (4th one listed), and VTS_19.

I made a mistake on the VTS in the original post. It's VTS_19 (not _23), so I'll edit original post to fix.
