3 Titles Detected, Not 4: Disc8 El Cartel De Los Sapos

I'm trying to rip my original "el cartel de los sapos" DVD8. But it only shows 3 titles, no 4.
Here are the IFOs. I have not uploaded any logs, cause I'm not even starting to rip. But i can upload if needed.
