Error ripping DVD - Exception: MKV_ASSERT: TimecodeDelay

I have a DVD I'm trying to rip and received an error:
001002:0020 LIBMKV_TRACE: Exception: MKV_ASSERT: TimecodeDelay >= int16(0x8000) && TimecodeDelay <= int16(0x7FFF)
About 75% of the titles saved directly from the DVD with no issue, but 4 titles could not save. I checked the DVD and is has no issues (it is brand new).
I've attached a log file with the error.

Does the same error occur if you use version 1.12.2, available from
https://makemkv.com/download/old/ if you don't still have the install file?
