Copy protection and audio not matching scene

So far this has occurred on 2 DVDs :
Winchester
Tyler Perry's Acrimony
In both I saw an error I have never seen before:
Cells 2-4 were skipped due to cell commands (structure protection?)
Title #47 was added (17 cell(s), 1:57:59)
Cells 2-4 were skipped due to cell commands (structure protection?)
Title #48 was added (19 cell(s), 2:02:06)
Cells 2-4 were skipped due to cell commands (structure protection?)
Title #49 was added (19 cell(s), 2:01:32)
CellWalk algorithm failed (structure protection is too tough?), trying CellTrim algorithm
Cells 1-1 were removed from title start
I was able to eventually save both DVDs but about 10-15 min into the movie, the audio doesn't match with the scene. I have tried burning the dvds on other computers, used both internal and external DVD drives and the result is always the same with one difference. On one computer I didn't get any errors about structure protection but the audio still goes whacky in the same places.
Using MKV 1.12.2 on Win10 and 7.
Acrimony error log attached. I didn't think to save the Winchester log but if I need to reburn it to get it, just let me know.
