I am trying to use makemkv on Lord of the Rings Extended Edition DVD and I am getting an error. I turned on the debug logging and got the logs below. What can I do to solve this?

The most frequent cause of "failed to open disk" start with dirty/scratched disk. When it fails as quickly as this, the problem is generally close to the hub of the disk, where the directory is kept.
