Last Samuri HD-DVD Failed

I bought a bunch of HD-DVDs, watched them a few times and then acquired an HD-DVD drive for my PC so I could rip them with my DVDs. This is a legit copy, but it keeps failing even though it plays fine in my xbox360 drive. I've attached the log, any help would be greatly appreciated!

It may play fine, but it has an error in at least one spot, which needs to be read multiple times:

002003:0000 Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:1090' occurred while reading '/HVDVD_TS/PEVOB_1.EVO' at offset '11363096576'

When was the last time you cleaned the disk? A fingerprint or minor scratch is all it would take to generate an error in a single location.

Cleaned it real well before this last attempt (I've tried 3-4 times). It does have some smallish scratches, so I will try to repair them and give it another go. Thanks!
