NO SEEK is the drive saying it can't find the track. This can be a drive issue (interference with the mechanism, or the inability to focus on the second layer) or a disk issue (something is obscuring the track, or it wasn't pressed properly).

You can try cleaning the disk, and check the drive for any interfering "stuff" in the mechanism. If you have another drive, that would eliminate some of the possibilities.

Well, other disks can mean a variety of things. If it is a laser focus issue, it will usually show up first at the transition from the first layer to the second, which would be about 4.5GB into the disk. Single-layer disks (4.7GB total or less) won't trip the problem.

Given the issues you're having with Bleach as well, I have to wonder if this isn't a drive issue affecting both.

Would make sense.... however some of the other movies I have converted came out to 7gb or so post MakeMKV. Granted, I havent tested for quality but they end up the same length as the original so who knows. I have a USB drive I can throw on and try to convert again.
