subtitles faltering

Subtitle jumping/flickering when i make a movie . Did not do this before 1.85 upgrade! Can this be fixed or do i go back to previous download. This is using the free windows download. Anybody else having this sort of problem.

No flickering on 1.8.7 (nor on 1.8.5) for me.

If this were a regular issue, I'd be in deep trouble, because I just ripped a bunch of subtitled disks over the past 3 weeks (Christmas sale at rightstuff.com). This is more likely to be a player issue than MakeMKV, because MakeMKV just copies that subtitle tracks into the MKV file.

Have you tried a different player, to confirm that it IS the file?
