Farwell My Lovely - Failed to Open

New disc. Using Win 8.1 (64). MakeMKV scans 5480 VOBU's and then spends a LONG time scanning CSS sectors. Ultimately, the disc fails to open. Log attached.

MakeMKV failed to calculate CSS key (as your drive region is mismatched). This happens very rarely - your only option is either to change a drive region or try to find another drive just to open this disc.

I tried four different drives of different makes and models and had the same problem with all of them. Interestingly, DVD Decryptor was also unable to crack the CSS protection. It said something to the effect that none of the CSS sectors were vulnerable.

I was able to make an ISO using AnyDVDHD and then use MakeMkV to create an mkv from the ISO.
