LIBMKV_TRACE problem (dvd is clean and works)

Hi there, digitalized almost all my DVD collection to watch the movies via network stream as MKV, and there are only about eight discs that did not work. I the case of "Blade I" I get the message (in german, but I suppose everybody can see the problem):

Die Quell-Datei 'D:/BLADE_FSK_18_DDDD/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1.VOB' ist defekt oder ung?ltig bei Offset 177809408. Es wird versucht, dies zu umgehen

Is there any solution for this problem? would be great! Thanks for your help!

Program fails to open a disc or crashes, what should I do?

That's what I did, but did not get an answer yet. Fixed it via a couple of other programs, ugly workflow, but ok for one or two disks...
