GI Joe Dvd fails to save.
Current Version: 1.80
Dvd runs normally in 2 different dvd drives and fails to be saved as .mkv using both
Tried restarting multiple times
Haven't had any problems with any other DVD/BluRay

Obvious question - Have you carefully examined the disc for physical damage and or dirt (peanut butter and jelly, perhaps, if you have little ones)?
