I'm trying to create mkv files for Dexter Season 3 from original DVDs. MakeMKV reads the DVD initial information okay but the creation of the mkv files fail with the message "Failed to save title0 to file ...".
A few things...
I have created many mkv files successfully.
I have created mkv files successfully for Dexter Seasons 1, 2, and 4.
I tried using MakeMKV on Dexter Season 3 a completely different Windows 7 machine, which failed.
I tried using MakeMKV on Dexter Season 3 on a MBP (OSX/Lion), which also failed.
I was able to rip the DVD completely to disc using DVDDecrypter. I tried using MakeMKV from the disc image, but that failed too.
The Dexter Season 3 DVDs work just fine in a number of DVD players.
Attached is a log file.
Any and all help would be appreciated.

One more thing...I'm running the latest version of MakeMKV, v1.7.10, win(x64).
