structure protection error on Hail Hail Rock N Roll

Post by nwgeek » Sun Nov 11, 2012 11:43 pm

Trying to rip disc 1 of the 4 disc DVD set "Chuck Berry - Hail, Hail Rock N Roll" and I'm getting the following error. It only appears to see the smaller two titles and misses the main feature completely. Any tips would be appreciated. I've been ripping my entire collection for a PLEX media server and this is the first time I've run into this issue. Running MakeMKV 1.7.71 on Mac 10.8.2. Log and IFO files attached in the Zip.

EDIT: Just tried 1.7.79 version and got the same error

Hi!

Does the original Disc 1 play properly on your computer?

Yes, it plays perfectly fine in two different computers. Tried ripping it on both of them (Both Mac's). Am going to try ripping it on a Windows 7 PC next.

Ended up ripping it in another program and got an MKV that way. First disc in over 400 that I've ripped that has been a problem.

I'm fairly sure Mike will look into this, as it appears, at first blush, to use a new protection scheme...
