Region 1 DVD not ripping

I've been trying to rip the region 1 DVD 'One Piece collection 3', but disc 2 will not show all the titles, and if I try to rip the disc manually, it won't rip the title that I put. I've tried using a different DVD drive, and I've bought a new disc, but nothing seems to work. I've even tried downgrading MakeMKV to 1.16.7, but that doesn't work either. Can someone please help me with this issue?

Is the minimum title length setting (MakeMKV's preferences, Video tab) set too high?

Do you see MakeMKV skipping the title you want in the log?

Open MakeMKV → Right click on the disk section → Select Backup (with or without decryption) → Save to a temporary folder. Then use BDInfo or VLC to view the VIDEO_TS folder and identify the correct title (usually the longest title, about 22-24 minutes/episode).
