It rips the commercials but does not rip the main movie. And it doesn't seem to create a dump file or tgz file. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

EDIT: I forgot to mention I used the physical DVD to rip the movie to no avail. And I also created a backup ISO to manually try to rip this movie. To no avail. So that takes away the case of a "dirty" disc.
