Failed Terminator (Old Skool Version)

Still copying my extensive DVD collection on to my Media player and have had a problem with the Original Terminator DVD this is the error file

I have also had issues with Bond - Casino Royale & Spiderman 3 on the last version of MKV - I haven't tried them yet on the new version...
