Fatal Error Crash

Post by bsea22407 » Fri Jul 12, 2019 1:47 pm

It seems that this is an old problem that has been solved, but I'm still having it hit and miss, but it happens often enough. Below is my debugging log. Love the product, but this is irritating...Thanks.

...and crickets...LOL.

Okay, it's still happening so here is another debug log to try to wrap our heads around. Any help would be appreciated.

If MakeMKV is actually crashing, there should be an event in the Windows logs that would give more information. What does it say?
