Electrical Storm U2 - BUP offset dosen't match IFO header

When I'm trying to turn the disk "Electrical Storm U2" into MKV, I get this error

The program can't find any usable optical drives.

1. What does this mean?
2. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The BUP Offset error, is not the problem. Happens on nearly any DVD. It's only a backup file.

I think the problem is that the content is opened on the harddive and not on an DVD drive. Do you have Debug Log (must be enabled in the settings).
