disc opens, just one title (previews only)

Complete newbie here, so appologies if I bungle this...
Can open disc & scan it, but get just one title, which appears to be previews.
The disc is Endeavor, season 3 disc 1. Log attached.

FYI, was able to rip seasons 1 & 2 using DVD Decrypter, but that doesn't work on seasons 3, 4, or 5...

Thanks in advance for any help
