DVD Disks of MACGYVER skipping first chapter

I started to rip my DVD collection of MacGyver TV shows and when I compared the extracted titles each title started at chapter 2 when compared to the ISO file/DVD I did the extract from. It works fine for all of my other DVD's, these are the only ones I have run into this issue with.
