Despite your observation, I'd guess that when "mike admin" sees this, he'll advise that you either have a bad rip of the source, or a damaged disc...the disc is clean and readable.

I've been experiencing the same problems (on Season 1 though).
I have reported it according to the post (mailed the logs + ifos to support@makemkv.com).
Original disc, no scratches, plays well on my DVD players.
Note: I managed to make the backup using DVD Fab instead, but I guess they transcode it, so it doesn't quite count
Not sure whether that comment is "out-of-line" with the forum-rulez, just thought it might help someone out until Makemkv supports the protection of those discs. (Btw. you guys are making an awesome product, my all-time favourite).
Btw. I'm using Makemkv v1.7.6(x64-release), and the discs where Scandinavian PALs.
