TV Episode Help

Hello!

I’m new to MakeMKV and am trying to take tv episodes from the DVD onto my computer for use with my Plex server. Regarding one series, I was able to get all episodes except the last one. That episode is on its own dvd along with the special features. MakeMKV only identifies the special features, not the tv episode. When I play the dvd in the same CD/DVD drive in my laptop I can see and play the TV episode (so I know it is on the Disc and that my computer can see it). Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

On a different TV series, MakeMKV sees Episodes 3 & 4 on DVD #2...however only episode 4 is successfully ripped. Is there something I can do so that both work? I’ve ripped dozens of DVDs and these are the only two issues I’ve had.
