Free State of Jones - Read Error

I'm trying to convert the movie "Free State of Jones", and have run into the same error, no matter what I try. I've even washed the disc, and that hasn't helped. There is a tiny little chip on the edge of the DVD that could be causing this error. However, I am able to play the movie all the way through on my computer and DVD player with no issues.

I'm not sure if this is the correct error log or not. If there's another that I should attach, please let me know.

These types of errors are most likely due to dirty disks, although there can be other reasons. The fact that the error doesn't move around means that it is a specific area on the disk that is not readable, as opposed to any speed-related problems.

Advice: Clean the disk with a damp soft cotton or microfiber cloth, and try again.
