Depending upon the nature of the errors, you probably have a dirty or damaged disk, but may have an issue with over-speed on the drive. But, without seeing the debug log, those are just guesses.

Try cleaning the disk with a damp, soft cloth (cotton or microfiber), and try ripping again. Many NEW disks have a film of chemicals on them from the packaging process that causes read errors. They "look clean and perfect", except to a laser.
