Multiple .mkv files

I ran my Cars 2 DVD through and I ended up with 36 .mkv files. I checked a few of them and the sequence of the chapters are all jumbled up. Any way i can figure out which file is the correct one? All files range in size from 4.1GB to 4.6GB.

Any help would be much appreciated.

MakeMKV shows the title number in the lower right panel.
