I have two pcs running MakeMKV. Both are (unfortunately) running win11. The one pc has v1.18.1, the other 1.18.2.
On the 1.18.2 unit, I get repeated file save failed errors. The 1.18.1 unit has no problems. I thought I had a bad disc but it worked just fine when converted on the 1.18.1 unit. I also thought the problem lay in my saving the files to a USB (3.1) disc drive instead of the pc's SSD. Still got the error. Is there something hinky about 1.18.2 that's causing these failures?

What do you mean by 'file save failed errors'? Are you using the same optical drive on both computers?
Do you mean MakeMKV spits out some errors about reading the disc and you don't get a .mkv file as a result? If so, what is the rest of the MakeMKV log say?
