I ripped a US TV show box set recently and the audio language defaulted to German. During playback via Plex I tried to change the audio but German was the only language listed.
I tried ripping again via MakeMKV, this time selecting the arrow next to the episode (A1 etc) and deselecting all audio tracks except English. It still ripped in German.
Why might this be?

Do you have a 'preferred language' set on the language tab of MakeMKV's preferences? I leave mine set to 'none'.
