DVD Opening Modes with homemade DVD

I’m trying to convert a homemade DVD with no copy protection. I’ve converted a ton of them from the same creator, same machine, etc. On the first attempt to read the disc, Title 4 was skipped because it was declared to be a fake title.
I understand that Structure Protection is only for commercial DVDs, but after reading the description of each mode, it seemed like CellFull might give me better results. Title 4 still didn’t open, but the “real length” changed, which makes me think the Structure Protection was doing something.

I’ve posted the log from both attempts. I will certainly clean the disc and try again (I’m skeptical that will change anything), but it would help to have a better understanding of the practical effects of the different Structure Protection modes and to what degree they impact homemade DVDs, if at all.
