Not all titles showing

Neon Genesis Evangelion Disk 1, no weird errors but while I see 8 episodes when I play the disk through VLC, I only see 2 in makemkv.

I get the below output when loading the disk.

no weird errors? MakeMKV basically told ya that the Disc has some Errors, also have you considered to play them in VLC just to sure??

But i would feel like Shinji in that Case because i love NGE...
