Rush - Beyond The Lighted Stage - Fails To Open

Brand new just purchased commercial disc. Hangs when trying to open. Having ripped quite a few DVD's, I seem to always have the most problems with music concerts and music related DVDs.

This indicates a damaged disc. If the disc is brand new, you might have a problem with drive.

I have the same problem. My drive works fine.

This Rush BluRay is the only disc I've ever had fail on me. I think I watched it once, popped it back in the case. Pulled it out a couple of years ago, dead.

I just stuck it in my computer again and the drive is reporting 'No disc inserted'. Boo.

Try gently cleaning the disc.
