released 10/1/2019. MakeMKV literally just hangs attempting to scan either disc. No actual error codes etc to report. Kino has some kind of bullshit new protection on this ancient media type. It's ridiculous. Give it a rest already, corporate fools. Anyway, DVDFab is the only thing I've seen so far that can read the discs. Hoping MakeMKV can be updated soon.
