Hancock Errors

Hey Guys


I rip a large number of DVDs for backup and am having serious problems ripping Hancock. I have two copies of the same movie, both in excellent condition, and have tried ripping on two different drives (1x internal ASUS / 1 x external Buffalo) on both PC / MAC, and each time the process fails with device errors.

Are there any log files I can gather to help fix this problem in a future release?

I have the same problem with 'You don't mess with the Zohan', so if there's information I can gather, I will gather it for both.

Yes, there can be a log; see the FAQ in my signature.
