No Audio Available for Selection

I'm reporting a bug that I've found so that you can improve your great tool.

While using MakeMKV v1.5.6 to rip 4 titles from a recent PAL DVD source, the following happened:

1. First title had the audio stream available for selection.
2. The other titles had no audio stream to select from.
3. After ripping, titles 2 to 4 MKV's had, of course, no audio.

Further analysis showed that titles 2 to 4 had an extra dummy cell at title's start; elimination of this cell with DVDRemakePro did the trick: MakeMKV would then "see" the audio stream.

I guess that MakeMKV just searches the first cell for making streams available for selection? Maybe it should search all cells?

2) What is the title and region of the DVD?

I confirm that v1.5.8 exhibits the same behavior.
The title: Heroes / Season 3 (PAL/R2); it has English/Spanish audio and English/Spanish/Portuguese subs.

I also have the same problem with at least one of the PAL R2 Upstairs Downstairs DVDs. Do you have everything you need to figure this out? If not I can send you the files.
