Insurgent DVD copy failure

Hi
I'm battling to rip Insurgent DVD to my hard drive
Please advise!
I'm currently using Windows 7 and MKV v1.9.5 beta
This is the message on MKV window:
MakeMKV v1.9.5 win(x64-release) started
Using direct disc access mode
Title #1 was added (20 cell(s), 1:53:57)
Title #2 has length of 95 seconds which is less than minimum title length of 120 seconds and was therefore skipped
Operation successfully completed.....
Copy process seems to be completed successfully but end message states "copy titles saved unsuccessful"???

It would be helpful to see the complete log, if you have debugging turned on (see the FAQ link in my signature for more information).

Insurgent usually has a lot of fake titles on it. Some will produce diberate errors when ripping, others will just have scenes out of order.
