Ok....Dunno what changed but after reading here I'm not the only one to have this issue. MakeMKV opens up then crashes. Running makemkvcon instantly segfaults. In gentoo I am running all the latest ~amd64 packages and the latest kernel. MakeMKV use to work without a hitch. I would give a error log but it doesn't make one. Anyone make any progress since Janurary? Thanks.
Oh yeah the specifics:
Kernel 3.13.6
glibc-2.18-r1:2.2
orc-0.4.18
multilib tried enabled and disabled

I already sent a mail to support some weeks ago. Last update regarding some needed files about two or three Werks ago. Probs with 64- and 32-bit systems...

I know....I even tried making a package.env entry for my stupid safe flags (-march=native -mtune=native -O2 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer) to no avail
