Brand new commercial disc. Tried two different optical drives. Fails on second of three episodes. Log attached. I note that at least two other users have had the same problem with this disc (back in early 2010). See,

That seems a broken MPEG file or mastering error. Unfortunately, a full testdump http://makemkv.com/onlinehelp/testdump.html is required for a fix. Please send a testdump if you're still up to it.
