How can you override this error?

AV sync errors do not prevent ripping. They are warnings (sometimes false) about issues with what is being ripped.

Turn on debug logging and show us what errors you're getting besides the AV sync, please.

Those are not AV Sync messages, they're issues with the reading of the disk.
