Lord of the Rings failed to open

I'm trying to rip the LOTR: Fellowship of the Ring extended edition DVD. I've made sure the disk is clean, and I've ripped it in the past without issue. I've just ripped the two towers and return of the king, which are all part of the same box set, successfully. It seems however that MakeMKV is unable to determine the protection used on disk, and is therefore failing to open. If anyone has any info/advice, I'd be very appreciative.
