Crime Story Season 1 rip is incomplete

Hi

I'm trying to convert Crime Story Season 1 / German to mkv. But MakeMKV is only able to rip 3 of 5 episodes per disk. The effect at least for Disk 2 and Disk 3 is the same.

While watching with Totem all 5 episodes are selectable, but two of them seem to be two-part series, selecting the second episode jumps in the middle of the first track. The track length is differs from the one seen in MakeMKV. MakeMKV discovers 3 episodes with about 50 minutes each, Totem plays two tracks with about 100 minutes and one with about 50 minutes. This looks like a special DVD mastering for series.

This effect is the same for Ubuntu and Windows 7x64 on different hardware with MakeMKV 1.6.3.

Is there any chance to correct this behaviour?
