Title never opens

I have a specific episodic DVD that wont open just 1 title, Im trying it in manual mode and the title just seems to stop, the drive stops spinning (I think, its inside a tower chassis), and the Elapsed and Remaining just seem to count on indefinitely.

I turned on debug log, and there isnt much to see:

Thats it, nothing else happens. Any idea how to solve?

OK after walking away and just leaving this, I dont know exactly how long for, around an hour, the title opened.

You probably have found a DVD that claims to have Closed Captions but really doesn't. When MakeMKV tries to read them, it causes the CCExtractor program to take a VERY LONG TIME to find what isn't there.

Assuming you have expert mode turned on, deselect the CC subtitle on that title, and it should rip just fine. Explanation of what that vowel movement meant can be found here: https://makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=16405
