A single chapter from a .ISO image is not working

I've been using MakeMKV for many years without a single issue but today I had this .ISO image from which I am not able to rip a specific chapter.
It's really just this single chapter, all other chapters on the same .ISO are ripping fine.
I'm on the latest version of MakeMKV.
I don't think data corruption is the case because when using (Monkey)FAB everything is ripping fine.
As I am new to this foum I wanted to ask if there is a way I can upload the .ISO somewhere so it can be troubleshooted?

MakeMKV does not normally rip by "chapters"; it rips titles.
