Converting DVD titles with LPCM 2/0 fails

Post by oRBIT2002 »

The latest version 1.6.2 (Win) still seems to fail with my disc that contains LPCM audio. It immediately stops after I press the convert-button and says "copy complete. 0 titles saved, 1 failed". The log doesn't say anything that looks usefull either:
"Saving 1 titles into directory D:/Video/UNNAMED_DISC
Failed to save title 0 to file D:/Video/UNNAMED_DISC/title00.mkv
0 titles saved, 1 failed"

Hi!

1) What is the title and Region number of your original, commercial DVD?

2) Please submit a complete Debug Log

Can you please re-author to leave only few seconds of video, confirm that error still happens with MakeMKV and then send all files, both IFO and VOB to support@makemkv.com ?

Im getting exactly the same problem with "Ray Mears Bushcraft Series 1 Disc 1 DVD". I ripped the dvd using dvd decrypter (My collection was ripped long before makemkv appeared, so im just using it to stip tv shows into individual episodes). The dvd rip files play fine through VLC. The original DVD is All regions. In case its usefull the disc uses LPCM 2/0 audio. If i untick the audio track from this title it then rips OK.
