Cruel Intentions - Not Recognizing All Special Features

First off, just wanted to thank the creator of this software. I've gotten so much use out of this for digitizing my collection.

I've been having issues with the DVD release of Cruel Intentions. MakeMKV isn't recognizing all of the content on the disc to rip. I'm able to grab the fullscreen/widescreen versions of the actual movie and a couple special features but the deleted scenes and music videos aren't showing up in Make MKV. I notice that VLC Media Player doesn't recognize the missing content in the Playback -> Title Menu either. The only thing I can think of is that when the DVD opens it takes you to the Aspect Ratio tab which is on the main DVD menu. The only way to access the main DVD menu in VLC is to go to Playback -> Title -> DVD Menu. Has anybody dealt with something similar to this before? Thank you in advance for the assistance.
