MKV v1.6.10 fail to save error due to blank track.

MKV 1.6.10 will fail to save a title that has a blank track. v1.6.8 just auto removed the track and saved the file.

Example:
Title2 has a blank subtitle track(2).
1.6.10 will fail to save title 2 UNLESS the blank track is manually deselected. Log will only report "failed to save".
1.6.8 will always save title 2 and just report on the log track2 as empty and automatically removed.

Verified this over multiple dvds (Crest of the Stars, Casablanca '00, Shawshank Redemption '99)
