DVD not showing all videos

Hi all,

Trying to make an MKV of a DVD which has 5 acts overall, totalling to 3 hours of content. However when the DVD is opened in MakeMKV it can only see 30 minutes worth (Act 1). I saw suggested on another post creating a backup of the DVD and making them manually but this will take some time.

Any and all advice is appreciated.

Have you tried DVD manual mode and not access mode? I had that issue until I try DVD manual mode and that work for me.
