LIBMKV_TRACE: Exception: Error while reading input

I'm trying to rip a DVD from a box set but keep getting "LIBMKV_TRACE: Exception: Error while reading input" for this one specific title. The disc is brand new and reads fine in a DVD player and VLC. Will rip everything else but this one. Any help would be appreciated.
